WAIVER/ POLICY

Rules and Safety:

To help keep our play space safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyone:

• ALL guests must adhere to policy at all times

• Every adult entering the play space must have a ticket and must be accompanied by a child.

• Socks must be worn by every guest at all times

• Every child must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 years or older.

• All Guests entering the play space are REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THE WAIVER BEFORE ENTRY

• Minors are not permitted to supervise children in the play space.

• ENTRANCE IN PARKING LOT BEHIND BUILDING

Celebrations & Parties:

• Open play is for general play only. Guests may not host birthday parties or other celebrations during open play hours.
  
  

• No outside party supplies are allowed during open play, including balloons, cakes, decorations, or party favors.
  
  

• All celebrations require a private party booking or package.
  
  

• Staff have the authority to enforce this rule. Guests holding unauthorized celebrations or bringing outside party supplies will be asked to pause or leave the open play session.

Stroller Policy

• Stroller storage is extremely limited, so if space allows we recommend leaving strollers at home when possible but if you need to bring one FOLD-ABLE stroller.

• Strollers are not allowed in the play area

Play Areas Policy

To ensure age-appropriate and safe play:

• Crawler Area:

  • ONLY crawlers are permitted in this area.

• Mini Slide:

  • ONLY children 2 years and under may use the mini slide.

• Play Structures:

  • ONLY children 7 years and under are allowed on the play structures, slides, and bounce tire.

  • Children ages 8+ and/or 80+ lbs are not permitted on the play structures.
    (Play structures include the playhouse with slides and bounce tire.)

Check-In & Time Policy

• A valid photo ID is required from the booking parent or guardian at check-in.

• Late arrivals are welcome; however, we are unable to extend session times beyond the original booking.

• Play sessions begin and end strictly at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals will not receive time extensions or credits.

• Any unused time due to late arrival or early departure is forfeited.

Cleaning & Health

Your child’s health and safety are important to us:

• Play areas and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily.

• High-touch surfaces are cleaned throughout the day.

• Please help us keep everyone healthy — do not enter if your child is sick.

Snacks & Allergens

• To keep our play space safe and clean for everyone, no outside food or drinks are allowed. We offer a selection of prepackaged, labeled snacks for children. 

• While we strive to provide healthy options, we are not a nut-free or allergen-free facility, so parents and guardians should check labels carefully before their child eats. This helps us keep snack time safe and worry-free while letting kids focus on fun and play!

Illness & Safety

• For the safety of all children, please do not bring sick children into the play space.

• If your child becomes ill prior to your visit, please contact us to reschedule within the allowed notice period.

• if your child(ren) are feeling sick PLEASE COME VISIT ANOTHER DAY. For the health and well-being of all of our visitors we maintain the right to dent entry if your child(ren) exhibit symptoms of any illness (example: fever, runny nose, cough, etc.)> During the fall and winter seasons (Oct-Mar), we rerseve the right to check the temperature of each child guest before each child entry

Closures & Emergency Situations

• In the event of a facility closure due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, families will be offered a rescheduled visit or credit.

• No cash refunds will be issued.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy (No Refunds)

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

• This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of plans

  • Child illness

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals

  • Weather conditions

Rescheduling Guidelines

• Unused time due to late arrival or early departure cannot be credited or transferred.Open Play admission is valid only for the scheduled session time.

• Visits may be rescheduled only, not refunded.

• Rescheduling requests must be made by phone or email only, and confirmation from staff must be received.

• Requests made through social media or in person will not be accepted.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

• Each booking may be rescheduled one time only.

Policy Agreement

• By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund / Reschedule Only policy.

• This policy applies to open play, classes, and events, unless otherwise stated.

Behavior & Conduct Rules

All guests including infant must stay fully clothes at all times. Diaper changes must be preformed in the bathroom

Clothing & Diaper Rules

• All children must be fully clothed while in the play space.
  
  

• No diapers or undergarments should be exposed outside of diaper changing areas.
  
  

• Diaper changes must take place in the bathroom only.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest that is acting disorderly including but not limited to : pushing cursing or any other form of aggression. the safety of our guests and staff is out priority. we ask our guest to use kindness and consideration when joining us for play. Please be respectful of personal space. 

To keep playtime safe and fun for everyone:

• No foul or inappropriate language is permitted at any time.

• No fighting, pushing, shoving, or rough housing.

• No spitting or intentionally throwing objects at others.

• No touching other children or adults without permission.

• Children must respect other guests’ personal space.

• Running, climbing, or unsafe play is not allowed outside designated areas.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

• Staff may intervene at any time to ensure a safe and positive environment.

Enforcement

Repeated or serious behavior concerns may result in:

• A warning from staff

• Temporary removal from the play area

• Immediate dismissal from the facility

Please note: No refunds or credits will be issued if a guest is asked to leave due to behavior violations.

We are so excited for your visit! 

*All admissions sales are final but we understand that life happens. If something unexpected comes up, we're happy to reschedule your play session one time with at least 24+ hours' notice, and for birthday parties, rescheduling must take place 4 weeks prior to party date. Guests must email or call to reschedule session and must receive confirmation.
