• Every adult entering the play space must have a ticket and be accompanied by a child.

• Every child must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 years or older.

• Every guest entering the play space must complete waiver before entering.

• Minors cannot supervise children in the play space.

• This is a shoe free facility. Provided Grip socks are required at all times

• ONLY Crawlers are allowed in the designated Crawler area

• ONLY children 2 years and under are allowed on the mini-slide

• ONLY children 7 years and under are allowed on the play structures, slides and bounce tire

• Children ages 8+ and/or 80+ lbs are NOT ALLOWED on the play structures (play structure includes Playhouse with slides, bounce tire)

• Adults are NOT ALLOWED on any play structure. This includes the playhouse with slide, ball pit, bouncing tire with slides slides

• All celebrations require a private party booking All celebrations require a private party booking or package.

• Stroller storage is extremely limited, so if space allows we recommend leaving strollers at home when possible but if you need to bring one FOLD-ABLE stroller.

• Strollers are not allowed in the play area

• Empty pockets before entry  no sharp objects

• No outside food or drink allowed but we provide tasty snacks available for purchase

• Check all snack packaging for allergen details

• Valid Photo ID is required by the booking parent/guardian 

• Late arrivals are welcome, but we are unable to extend session times beyond the original booking.

• Open Play admission is valid only for the scheduled session time.

• Unused time due to late arrival or early departure cannot be credited or transferred.

• Our ENTRANCE is located in the Parking Lot. Please do not use Stuyvesant street doors

• When parking in the lot in rear of building. Please do not park in numbered parking spaces.

• Additional parking on Stuyvesant Avenue and Municipal lot across the street are available

• We are so excited for your visit! 

*All admissions sales are final but we understand that life happens. If something unexpected comes up, we're happy to reschedule your play session one time with at least 24+ hours' notice. Guests must email or call to reschedule session.
