What ages is M & EM's Imagination designed for?

Our play space is thoughtfully designed for children from crawlers through 7 years old. Every play station encourages imagination, creativity, and learning in a safe, clean environment. (Mandem's Imagination)

Do I need to reserve Open Play?

Yes! We highly recommend reserving online before your visit. We intentionally limit the number of families in each session to create a more comfortable experience for both children and parents. While walk-ins may be accepted if space is available, reservations are the best way to guarantee your spot. (Mandem's Imagination)

How long are Open Play sessions?

Each Open Play session lasts 2 hours, giving your little one plenty of time to imagine, explore, learn, and play. (Mandem's Imagination)

Why do you limit the number of families?

Unlike larger indoor playgrounds, we intentionally keep our sessions smaller to help create a cleaner, safer, and less overwhelming environment where children can comfortably explore.

Can adults enter without a child?

No. Every adult entering the play space must be accompanied by a child with a reservation. (Mandem's Imagination)

Does every child need adult supervision?

Yes. Every child must remain supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times while visiting. (Mandem's Imagination)

Does everyone need to wear socks?

Yes. Grip socks are required for all guests, including children and adults. We provide brand-new grip socks during check-in for everyone's safety and cleanliness. Reused socks are not permitted. (Mandem's Imagination)

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Every guest entering the play space must have a completed waiver before participating. We encourage completing it online before arriving to speed up check-in. (Mandem's Imagination)

Can older siblings play?

Our equipment is designed specifically for children ages 7 and under. Children ages 8+ or over 80 pounds are not permitted on the play structures for safety reasons. (Mandem's Imagination)

Can adults go on the play equipment?

No. Adults are not permitted on the play structures, ball pit, slides, or bounce equipment. (Mandem's Imagination)

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted during Open Play. We offer pre-packaged snacks and drinks available for purchase. (Mandem's Imagination)

What happens if I'm late?

You're always welcome to arrive late, but your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to allow us to properly clean and prepare for the next session. (Mandem's Imagination)

Can I reschedule my Open Play reservation?

Yes! With at least 24 hours' notice, we're happy to reschedule your Open Play reservation one time. Admission sales are otherwise final. (Mandem's Imagination)

Is parking available?

Yes! Parking is available behind our building (please avoid numbered spaces), in the municipal lot across the street, and along nearby streets. Our entrance is located in the rear parking lot—not on Stuyvesant Avenue. (Mandem's Imagination)

Birthday Party FAQs

Are birthday parties private?

Yes! Every birthday party includes exclusive use of the entire play space, so your family celebrates privately with only your invited guests. (Mandem's Imagination)

What ages are birthday parties best for?

Our birthday parties are designed for children from crawlers through 7 years old. (Mandem's Imagination)

What party packages do you offer?

We currently offer:

• Grow Party Package – Perfect for smaller celebrations.

• Bloom Party Package – Our premium experience with additional décor, food, favors, and themed options. (Mandem's Imagination)

Is setup and cleanup included?

Absolutely! We take care of both setup and cleanup so you can enjoy your child's special day stress-free. (Mandem's Imagination)

Is food included?

Yes! Both party packages include food and beverages. You're welcome to bring your own birthday cake, cupcakes, and party favors. (Mandem's Imagination)

Can I choose my party colors or theme?

Yes! Depending on your package, you can choose color selections or one of our available party themes to personalize your celebration. (Mandem's Imagination)

Can I bring my own decorations?

To help us maintain a safe and beautiful environment, decorations are limited. You're welcome to bring:

• One helium balloon

• Birthday cake or cupcakes

• Party bags

Confetti, glitter, piñatas, and outside balloons are not permitted. (Mandem's Imagination)

Can I hire my own entertainer or face painter?

No. For insurance, safety, and operational reasons, outside vendors—including entertainers, photographers, balloon artists, caterers, face painters, and rental companies—are not permitted. (Mandem's Imagination)

How much is the deposit?

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. (Mandem's Imagination)

When is the remaining balance due?

Your final balance must be paid 10 business days before your party. (Mandem's Imagination)

Can I add more guests?

Yes! Additional children may be added (within package limits) for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. (Mandem's Imagination)

When can we arrive for our party?

Right on time. To ensure every family receives a clean and fully prepared space, party times cannot be extended. (Mandem's Imagination)

What if I need to cancel my party?

Please contact us as soon as possible by email, text, and phone. Cancellation policies are outlined in your party agreement. (Mandem's Imagination)
