BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES

We're excited to celebrate with you! To keep everyone safe and smiling, please note:

 Party Booking & Payment Policies

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time

• Party bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received

• All payments must be finalized 10 business days before the party date

• 20% gratuity is included with all GROW packages and 22% gratuity on all BLOOM packages

• NJ sales tax and a service fee apply to all parties

• Additional children: $35 per child, up to a maximum of 20 children per party

• Guest count limits must be followed

• A cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive mess or damage

 Party Timing & Arrival

• Parties begin and end promptly as scheduled

• Host families may enter 10 minutes prior to the party for set-up

• Families of the birthday child may arrive 15 minutes early and remain 15 minutes after the scheduled end time

• Party times cannot be extended to allow for cleaning and sanitizing

• Late exit may result in additional fees

• Hosts are responsible for removing all personal items at the end of the party

 Age Range & Supervision

• Parties are designed for children crawlers through 7 years old

• Adult supervision is required at all times for all children

• Please ensure all children are supervised by a responsible adult throughout the party

Safety, Health & Play Rules

• A signed waiver is required for each child prior to participation

• Socks are required for all children and adults in all play areas

• Gentle play only — no roughhousing or climbing on structures

• Diapers must be changed in designated changing areas only

• Children who are sick or showing symptoms may not attend

• Management reserves the right to pause play or end a party if rules are not followed

 Food & Decorations Policy

• Cake and cupcakes are welcome

• No other outside food is permitted, including ice cream

• Food and drinks are allowed only in designated party areas

• No balloons, confetti, glitter, or piñatas (choking and safety hazards)

• Allowed decorations:

  • One helium balloon

  • One birthday banner for the birthday child

• Gifts are welcome from guests

 Outside Vendors Policy

For safety, insurance, and operational reasons, outside vendors are not permitted, including but not limited to:

• Entertainers

• Face painters

• Balloon artists

• Photographers

• Caterers or bakers

• Rental companies

 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, text, and phone call

• You will receive a confirmation by email or text

• Please refer to the party contract for full cancellation details

Behavior & Conduct Rules

All guests including infant must stay fully clothes at all times. Diaper changes must be preformed in the bathroom

Clothing & Diaper Rules

• All children must be fully clothed while in the play space.
  
  

• No diapers or undergarments should be exposed outside of diaper changing areas.
  
  

• Diaper changes must take place in the bathroom only.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest that is acting disorderly including but not limited to : pushing cursing or any other form of aggression. the safety of our guests and staff is out priority. we ask our guest to use kindness and consideration when joining us for play. Please be respectful of personal space. 

To keep playtime safe and fun for everyone:

• No foul or inappropriate language is permitted at any time.

• No fighting, pushing, shoving, or rough housing.

• No spitting or intentionally throwing objects at others.

• No touching other children or adults without permission.

• Children must respect other guests’ personal space.

• Running, climbing, or unsafe play is not allowed outside designated areas.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

• Staff may intervene at any time to ensure a safe and positive environment.

Enforcement

Repeated or serious behavior concerns may result in:

• A warning from staff

• Temporary removal from the play area

• Immediate dismissal from the facility

Please note: No refunds or credits will be issued if a guest is asked to leave due to behavior violations.

 Personal Belongings & Liability

• The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items

• Hosts are responsible for ensuring guests follow all policies
